The Hayat Blueprint
Most longevity offerings begin with a treatment. This begins with a measurement, because until you know which of your systems is actually drifting, any protocol is a guess dressed up as a plan.
What gets measured
The assessment covers eight domains. Each is scored, and the domains you have data for are weighted into a single composite. Nothing is penalised for being blank: if you have no wearable, that domain simply drops out and the weighting redistributes across the rest.
| Domain | What it draws on |
|---|---|
| Body composition | BMI, body fat percentage, visceral fat rating, skeletal muscle mass, waist-to-hip ratio |
| Cardiometabolic | Lipid panel including ApoB, fasting glucose and HbA1c, hs-CRP, blood pressure |
| Organ function | Full blood count, iron studies, liver function, renal function including eGFR |
| Hormonal and nutritional | Thyroid function, vitamin D, and further hormone profiling where indicated |
| Lifestyle behaviours | Sleep, activity, nutrition, stress, social connection and substance use |
| Cardiorespiratory fitness | VO2 max, resting heart rate, HRV, sleep duration and step count from a connected wearable |
| Glycaemic control | Continuous glucose monitoring: time in range, average glucose, variability |
| Wellbeing | Validated wellbeing questionnaire |
What the composite score is not. It is an internal measure for tracking your own trend over time. It is not a validated diagnostic or risk-prediction instrument, it is not a biological age, and it is not meaningfully comparable between people. Its value is that it moves when you do.
How the pathway runs
Establish
Find out what is actually happening, rather than assuming.
- Physician consultation and history
- Comprehensive blood panel
- Body composition analysis
- Lifestyle and nutritional assessment
- Domain scoring and written report
Optimise
Change the smallest number of things likely to move the numbers.
- Ranked objectives, not a list of everything
- Nutrition plan built for a Malaysian kitchen
- Movement and resistance programming
- Continuous data through wearable or CGM
- Treatment where clinically indicated
Sustain
Re-measure, adjust, and keep what worked.
- 90-day review against baseline
- Repeat panel on the markers that matter
- Micronutrient and microbiome work
- Ongoing clinical involvement
- Long-term maintenance rather than a finish line
The 90-day review
Ninety days is not arbitrary. It is roughly the interval over which body composition, glycaemic markers and lipids move measurably in response to a sustained change, which makes it the shortest period where a repeat measurement tells you something real rather than noise.
At the review you get a like-for-like comparison against your baseline, and the plan is adjusted on the evidence rather than on how the last three months felt.
| Illustrative marker | Baseline | 90-day target | Change |
|---|---|---|---|
| Body weight | 82.0 kg | 76.0 kg | −6.0 kg |
| Body fat percentage | 34.0 % | 31.0 % | −3.0 % |
| Visceral fat rating | 12 | 11 | −1 |
| Waist-to-hip ratio | 0.86 | 0.83 | −0.03 |
These figures are illustrative only, shown to explain the format of a review. They are not a forecast, not a target set for you, and not drawn from any individual. Your own targets are set against your own baseline, and individual response varies considerably with adherence and physiology.
Choosing a level
| Protocol | Suits | Adds |
|---|---|---|
| Baseline | Anyone starting from clarity rather than guesswork | Physician consultation, nutrition plan, biometric tracking |
| Advanced | Active individuals and high performers | Metabolic coaching, wearable integration, continuous data |
| Signature | Those wanting end-to-end clinical involvement | Micronutrient and supplement protocol, microbiome work, closest ongoing contact |
These are a progression rather than three separate products. Most people begin at Baseline, and moving up is a decision made after the first review rather than at the start.
What we work on
Thirty-four programmes across eleven areas. The named programmes below group them by what people usually come in asking about.
Where this stops
Two honest limits, because a page like this is usually written without them.
Measurement is not treatment. An assessment tells you where you stand. What changes the numbers is what you do for the following ninety days, and most of that happens outside the clinic.
Not everything is worth measuring. Some tests are interesting and change nothing. Where an assessment finds no clinical indication for further intervention, that is a useful result and we will say so rather than finding something to sell.
Common questions
What does a Hayat Longevity assessment include?
A structured assessment across eight domains: body composition, cardiometabolic markers, organ function, hormonal and nutritional status, lifestyle behaviours, cardiorespiratory fitness, glycaemic control and wellbeing. Depending on the tier this draws on a comprehensive blood panel, body composition analysis, and where relevant a connected wearable and continuous glucose monitoring.
What is the composite score, and what is it not?
It is a weighted average across the domains for which you have provided data, used to track your own trend over time. It is an internal wellness measure, not a validated diagnostic or risk-prediction instrument, and it should not be compared between individuals. Domains left blank are not penalised; the weighting redistributes across whatever data exists.
How long before anything changes?
The first review is at 90 days, because that is roughly the interval over which body composition, glycaemic markers and lipids move measurably in response to a sustained change. Some markers respond faster and some considerably slower. Bone density, for instance, is a matter of years.
Do I need a wearable or a continuous glucose monitor?
No. The assessment works without them and nothing is penalised for being absent. Where glycaemic control or cardiorespiratory fitness is central to your situation, these add resolution that a single blood draw cannot, which is why they are included at the higher tiers.
What is the difference between the three protocols?
Baseline establishes where you stand and produces a plan. Advanced adds continuous data and coaching for people who want to train and track deliberately. Signature adds micronutrient and microbiome work and the closest ongoing clinical involvement. They are a progression rather than three separate products, and most people begin at Baseline.
Is this a replacement for seeing my own doctor?
No. Hayat Longevity is a longevity programme, not a medical provider. Clinical services are delivered at AOKLINIK Penang, a licensed medical clinic, and the assessment is designed to sit alongside your existing medical care rather than replace it. Where something needs onward referral, we say so.
Starting
The pre-consultation questionnaire covers your history, current health and what you are hoping to change. It takes a few minutes and gives the clinical team what they need before you arrive.
Hayat Longevity is a longevity and preventive health programme, not a medical provider. All clinical services are delivered by registered practitioners at AOKLINIK Penang, a licensed medical clinic operating under Malaysian healthcare regulation. General information only, not individual medical advice.
